The Twentieth is an online fashion and lifestyle brand in the Philippines. We are growing and need an E-Commerce Sales & TikTok Live Associate to handle online sales inquiries, customer engagement, and host or manage TikTok Live Selling sessions. If you're proactive, fluent in English, and have experience in online selling, we’d love to have you on board!
Who You Are
✅ Proficient in written and spoken English—you can confidently communicate with customers.
✅ Experience in online sales & customer support (e-commerce, social media, or live selling).
✅ Comfortable with hosting TikTok Live Selling.
✅ Tech-savvy—familiar with e-commerce platforms, TikTok Shop, and social media messaging.
✅ Sales-driven—knows how to engage customers and convert inquiries into purchases.
What You’ll Do
✅ Manage inbound sales inquiries via social media (DMs), email, and chat.
✅ Assist customers with orders, payments, shipping, and product questions.
✅ Host or manage TikTok Live Selling sessions to promote products & drive engagement.
✅ Follow up on potential buyers and abandoned carts to maximize sales.
✅ Ensure a smooth checkout process and resolve customer issues professionally.
✅ Work with the Growth & Brand Strategist to improve engagement and increase conversions.
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year in e-commerce sales, customer service, or social media selling.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) with excellent customer engagement skills.
- Comfortable with TikTok Live Selling or coaching others to do it effectively.
- Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, or Facebook selling.
